Service Desk Technician I - Full-Time

Our team of support engineers, security specialists, and consultants offer trusted technology solutions for healthcare and other industries concerned with data protection and security regulation. PEAKE has a full-time opening for a Service Desk Technician I. The position will be based out of our headquarters in Crofton, MD.

Our Service Desk Technician I (SDTI) role is responsible for receiving incoming customer tickets via phone call and email and resolving most of them. In addition to resolving incoming tickets, SDTI will occasionally assist with longer term projects and internal initiatives.

Our part-time Service Desk Technician I (SDTI) role is responsible for receiving incoming customer tickets via phone call and email and resolving most of them. In addition to resolving incoming tickets, the SDT1 will assist with after-hours server maintenance and new computer build/hardware repair.

Technical Account Manager

PEAKE Technology Partners is a leader in Healthcare IT Support in Maryland, D.C. and Northern Virginia. Our team of support engineers, security specialists, and consultants offer trusted technology solutions for healthcare and other industries concerned with data protection and security regulation. PEAKE has a full-time opening for a Technical Account Manager. The position will be based out of our headquarters in Crofton, MD.

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) operates as a client liaison within PEAKE to advocate for client needs and help guide client’s decisions to help their IT infrastructure align with the vision that they have for their organization and with PEAKE’s technology standards. They are a subject matter expert, acting as a virtual CIO, for the clients they are responsible for and become a trusted resource when questions or issues arise. The TAM works with all parts of the organization to ensure a PEAK(E)-quality experience for their clients by keeping tickets moving toward resolution, projects moving toward completion, and billing issues explained and resolved in a timely manner.

Service Desk Technician II - Full-Time

The Service Desk Technician II (SDTII) is available to handle tickets that are not resolved by the SDTI and to assist with overflow. In addition to resolving incoming tickets, SDTII will occasionally assist with longer term projects and internal initiatives.
